Easy Meatball Pasta Bake
Fruit and Greens Salad
Ingredients
- ½ (7-oz) pkg elbow macaroni
- 1 (10.75-oz) can cream of chicken soup
- ¾ cup chicken broth
- 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ (20-oz) pkg frozen meatballs, thawed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and place in a large bowl.
- Stir in soup, broth, sour cream, and seasoning. Stir in meatballs.
- Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 9-inch baking dish. Cover and bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Side Dish Ingredients
- ½ (9-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
- ½ pint blueberries
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 (11-oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
- ¼ cup balsamic vinaigrette
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients in a bowl just before serving.
