Hawaiian French Bread Pizzas
Chopped Romaine SaladIngredients
- ½ cup organic pizza sauce
- ½ (16-oz) loaf organic French bread, halved lengthwise
- ½ (10-oz) pkg barbecue jackfruit
- ½ (8-oz) can pineapple tidbits, well drained
- ½ green bell pepper, sliced
- ¼ cup sliced red onion
- ½ (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Spread pizza sauce on cut sides of bread. Top with jackfruit, pineapple, bell pepper, onion, and cheese.
- Place on a baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is toasted. Cut into slices.

- 1 (9-oz) pkg romaine salad
- ¼ cup chopped macadamia nuts
- ¼ cup vegan olive oil vinaigrette
Side Dish Instructions
- Combine salad and nuts in a large bowl. Drizzle with vinaigrette; toss.
