Teriyaki "Beef" and Broccoli

Ingredients

  • ½ lb plant-based ground beef
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup vegan teriyaki sauce
  • 1 (8-oz) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • ½ (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets

Instructions

  1. Cook plant-based beef and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly. Drain and return to skillet.
  2. Add teriyaki sauce, water chestnuts, and broccoli. Cook 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until broccoli is tender. Serve over Rice Noodles.
