Teriyaki "Beef" and Broccoli
Rice Noodles
Ingredients
- ½ lb plant-based ground beef
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ¼ cup vegan teriyaki sauce
- 1 (8-oz) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- ½ (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
Instructions
- Cook plant-based beef and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly. Drain and return to skillet.
- Add teriyaki sauce, water chestnuts, and broccoli. Cook 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until broccoli is tender. Serve over Rice Noodles.

- ¼ tsp salt
Side Dish Instructions
- Prepare noodles according to package directions. Stir in salt.
