Balsamic-Oregano Grilled Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp avocado oil
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 (6-oz) bone-in pork chops
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk together oil, mustard, vinegar, oregano, and garlic. Brush over pork; sprinkle pork with salt and pepper.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill pork, covered, 5 to 7 minutes per side or until done.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
  • 2 Tbsp avocado oil
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Arrange broccoli on 2 large pieces of foil. Drizzle with oil; sprinkle with red pepper and salt. Tightly seal foil packets.
  2. Grill broccoli, covered, 10 to 15 minutes or until crisp-tender. Carefully unwrap, and drizzle with lemon juice.
