Balsamic-Oregano Grilled Pork Chops
Grilled Spicy Broccoli Packets
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp avocado oil
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 (6-oz) bone-in pork chops
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Whisk together oil, mustard, vinegar, oregano, and garlic. Brush over pork; sprinkle pork with salt and pepper.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill pork, covered, 5 to 7 minutes per side or until done.

- 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- 2 Tbsp avocado oil
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Arrange broccoli on 2 large pieces of foil. Drizzle with oil; sprinkle with red pepper and salt. Tightly seal foil packets.
- Grill broccoli, covered, 10 to 15 minutes or until crisp-tender. Carefully unwrap, and drizzle with lemon juice.
