Cookies-and-Cream Peppermint Candy

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1½ cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies
  • ¼ cup crushed candy canes or peppermints
  • Red and green candy sprinkles or candies

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-x 8-inch pan with foil. Microwave semisweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl according to package directions until melted. Spread over foil in pan.
  2. Microwave white chocolate chips in a second microwave-safe bowl according to package directions until melted.
  3. Drizzle white chocolate over semisweet chocolate; swirl chocolates together using a wooden pick. Sprinkle with cookies, peppermints, and sprinkles.
  4. Freeze 15 to 20 minutes or until firm. Break candy into pieces. Store, covered, in refrigerator.
