Cajun Fish Lettuce Wrap Tacos
Tomato-Green Onion Coleslaw
Ingredients
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 lb tilapia fillets (see Note)
- 1 Tbsp Creole seasoning
- 1½ Tbsp olive oil, divided
- 6 large romaine lettuce leaves
Instructions
- Combine sour cream, lime juice, and cayenne pepper.
- Sprinkle fish with Creole seasoning. Cook fish in hot oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 4 minutes per side or until fish flakes with a fork; flake into large pieces.
- Serve fish in lettuce leaves with sour cream mixture and Tomato-Green Onion Coleslaw recipe.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1½ Tbsp rice vinegar
- ½ Tbsp Dijon mustard
- ½ (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
- ⅔ cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
Side Dish Instructions
- Whisk together oil, vinegar, and mustard in a bowl. Add coleslaw, tomatoes, and onions; toss.
