Cajun Fish Lettuce Wrap Tacos

Tomato-Green Onion Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 lb tilapia fillets (see Note)
  • 1 Tbsp Creole seasoning
  • 1½ Tbsp olive oil, divided
  • 6 large romaine lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. Combine sour cream, lime juice, and cayenne pepper.
  2. Sprinkle fish with Creole seasoning. Cook fish in hot oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 4 minutes per side or until fish flakes with a fork; flake into large pieces.
  3. Serve fish in lettuce leaves with sour cream mixture and Tomato-Green Onion Coleslaw recipe.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1½ Tbsp rice vinegar
  • ½ Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
  • ⅔ cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Whisk together oil, vinegar, and mustard in a bowl. Add coleslaw, tomatoes, and onions; toss.
