4-Cheese White Pizza
Veggies with Ranch Dip
Ingredients
- 1 (1-lb) rolled-out pizza dough
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (8-oz) ball fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Press pizza dough into a 16-inch round on a large lightly greased pizza pan; brush with oil.
- Arrange cheese slices over dough; sprinkle with Monterey Jack and provolone cheeses. Sprinkle with seasoning. Bake 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheeses are melted.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.

- 1 (16-oz) pkg carrot sticks
- 1 (16-oz) pkg celery sticks
- 1 cup Ranch dressing
Side Dish Instructions
- Serve vegetables with Ranch dressing.
