4-Cheese White Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 (1-lb) rolled-out pizza dough
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 (8-oz) ball fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Press pizza dough into a 16-inch round on a large lightly greased pizza pan; brush with oil.
  2. Arrange cheese slices over dough; sprinkle with Monterey Jack and provolone cheeses. Sprinkle with seasoning. Bake 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheeses are melted.
  3. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg carrot sticks
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg celery sticks
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Serve vegetables with Ranch dressing.
