Basil Shrimp Pesto Pasta
Baked Garlic Bread KnotsIngredients
- ½ (16-oz) pkg corkscrew pasta
- 1 Tbsp butter
- ¾ lb peeled and deveined large raw shrimp
- ½ (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets, coarsely chopped
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ⅓ cup pesto
- ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; set aside.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add shrimp. Cook, stirring occasionally, 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Remove from skillet.
- Stir in broccoli and broth; cover and cook 2 minutes or until broccoli is crisp-tender.
- Stir in pesto and cook until heated through. Add shrimp, hot cooked pasta, and cheese; toss.
