Marinara Beef Sliders
Crispy Onion Rings and Easy Italian Coleslaw
Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 1 (24-oz) jar marinara sauce
- 1 (18-count) pkg Hawaiian rolls, split
- 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain, and return to skillet. Stir in marinara sauce; cook 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, arrange bottom halves of rolls in a 13- x 9-inch baking pan; bake 15 minutes or until browned and crisp.
- Top with meat mixture and cheeses. Cover with roll tops. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with seasoning.
- Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 (16-oz) pkg frozen onion rings
- 1 (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
- ½ cup creamy Italian dressing
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook onion rings according to package directions.
- Toss together coleslaw and dressing just before serving.
