Marinara Beef Sliders

Crispy Onion Rings and Easy Italian Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • 1 (24-oz) jar marinara sauce
  • 1 (18-count) pkg Hawaiian rolls, split
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain, and return to skillet. Stir in marinara sauce; cook 5 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, arrange bottom halves of rolls in a 13- x 9-inch baking pan; bake 15 minutes or until browned and crisp.
  3. Top with meat mixture and cheeses. Cover with roll tops. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with seasoning.
  4. Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 (16-oz) pkg frozen onion rings
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
  • ½ cup creamy Italian dressing

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook onion rings according to package directions.
  2. Toss together coleslaw and dressing just before serving.
