Ingredients

  • 12 oz whole-grain penne pasta (4 cups)
  • ¾ cup pesto
  • 3 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
  • 2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp salt-free Greek seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¾ cup pitted kalamata olives
  • ¾ cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Toss hot pasta with pesto in a large bowl; cover to keep warm.
  2. Cook chicken, garlic, and seasoning in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly heated. Add to pasta in bowl. Stir in tomatoes, olives, and cheese.
