  • 8 (1-oz) slices whole-grain sandwich bread, toasted
  • ⅓ cup almond butter (or use peanut butter)
  • 2 apples, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or use ground cinnamon)
  • 4 tsp pure maple syrup (or use honey)

Instructions

  1. Spread almond butter over toast slices; top with apples, and sprinkle with nuts and pumpkin pie spice. Serve drizzled with syrup.
