Ingredients
- 8 (1-oz) slices whole-grain sandwich bread, toasted
- ⅓ cup almond butter (or use peanut butter)
- 2 apples, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or use ground cinnamon)
- 4 tsp pure maple syrup (or use honey)
Instructions
- Spread almond butter over toast slices; top with apples, and sprinkle with nuts and pumpkin pie spice. Serve drizzled with syrup.
