Basil-Avocado BLT Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 8 slices center cut bacon
- 8 (1-oz) slices whole wheat bread, toasted
- 4 Tbsp reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 cup baby arugula
- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a large nonstick skillet until crisp; drain.
- Spread one side of each toast slice with mayonnaise; top 4 toast slices with bacon, avocado, tomato, arugula, and basil. Top with remaining toast slices, mayonnaise sides down.
