Barbecue Chicken Lettuce Wraps
Fresh RaspberriesIngredients
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 1½ Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp garlic salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 1½ cups tricolor coleslaw
- 2 green onions, chopped
- ¼ cup diced cucumber
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- ¼ cup no-sugar-added barbecue sauce
- 6 butter or romaine lettuce leaves
- ½ (2.12-oz) pkg Cheddar cheese crisps, crushed
Instructions
- Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, garlic salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Add coleslaw, onions, and cucumber, stirring to combine.
- Combine shredded chicken and barbecue sauce in a separate bowl.
- Divide slaw among lettuce leaves. Top with chicken, and sprinkle with crushed cheese crisps.
