Brown Sugar-Balsamic Chicken Legs
Steamed Broccoli and Scalloped PotatoesIngredients
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1½ Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- ½ Tbsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1½ lb chicken legs
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large zip-top bag. Seal bag, and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat oven to 425ºF. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
- Place chicken, skin-side-up, on a lightly greased foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until chicken is done.

- 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen broccoli florets
- 1 (4.7-oz) box scalloped potatoes
Side Dish Instructions
- Steam broccoli according to package directions; season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Prepare potatoes according to package directions.
