Brown Sugar-Balsamic Chicken Legs

Steamed Broccoli and Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp packed brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1½ Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1½ lb chicken legs

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large zip-top bag. Seal bag, and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Preheat oven to 425ºF. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
  3. Place chicken, skin-side-up, on a lightly greased foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until chicken is done.

  • 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 (4.7-oz) box scalloped potatoes

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Steam broccoli according to package directions; season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Prepare potatoes according to package directions.
