Pork and Cabbage Stew
Ingredients
- ¾ lb boneless pork loin roast, cubed
- 1 (10-oz) pkg angel hair coleslaw
- 2 carrots, chopped
- ½ onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 (14.5-oz) can crushed tomatoes
- 2 cups organic beef stock
- ½ tsp caraway seeds
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a 4-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW 6 hours or until pork is tender.
