Ingredients
- 12 oz pasta shells
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 Tbsp tomato paste
- 1½ tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 (23-oz) jar marinara sauce
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 oz cream cheese, cut into cubes
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook beef and onion in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until crumbly. Drain.
- Stir in tomato paste, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Add marinara sauce, pasta, Parmesan, and cream cheese; cook until thickened and creamy.
