Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta shells
  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 Tbsp tomato paste
  • 1½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 (23-oz) jar marinara sauce
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 6 oz cream cheese, cut into cubes

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, cook beef and onion in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until crumbly. Drain.
  3. Stir in tomato paste, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Add marinara sauce, pasta, Parmesan, and cream cheese; cook until thickened and creamy.
