Chicken Alfredo Gnocchi

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg gnocchi
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1½ cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • ½ (10-oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

Instructions

  1. Cook gnocchi in melted butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat 8 minutes or until toasted, tossing to brown on all sides.
  2. Meanwhile, combine chicken and Alfredo sauce in a saucepan; cook 3 minutes. Stir in spinach; cook 4 to 6 minutes. Serve chicken mixture over gnocchi.
