Chicken Alfredo Gnocchi
Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg gnocchi
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1½ cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- ½ (10-oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
Instructions
- Cook gnocchi in melted butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat 8 minutes or until toasted, tossing to brown on all sides.
- Meanwhile, combine chicken and Alfredo sauce in a saucepan; cook 3 minutes. Stir in spinach; cook 4 to 6 minutes. Serve chicken mixture over gnocchi.
