Italian Roast Beef Rolls
Chilled GrapesIngredients
- 4 (1.75-oz) frozen multigrain rolls
- ¼ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ lb thinly sliced deli roast beef
- 1 Roma tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 cup arugula (optional)
- 4 (0.67-oz) slices reduced-fat Swiss cheese
Instructions
- Bake rolls according to package directions. Cool 5 minutes; cut horizontally in half.
- Stir together mayonnaise and seasoning. Spread over bottoms of rolls.
- Top with beef, tomato, arugula (if using), and cheese. Cover with tops of rolls.

- 2 cups seedless red grapes

- Chill grapes until ready to serve.
