Italian Roast Beef Rolls

Ingredients

  • 4 (1.75-oz) frozen multigrain rolls
  • ¼ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ lb thinly sliced deli roast beef
  • 1 Roma tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup arugula (optional)
  • 4 (0.67-oz) slices reduced-fat Swiss cheese

Instructions

  1. Bake rolls according to package directions. Cool 5 minutes; cut horizontally in half.
  2. Stir together mayonnaise and seasoning. Spread over bottoms of rolls.
  3. Top with beef, tomato, arugula (if using), and cheese. Cover with tops of rolls.

  • 2 cups seedless red grapes

  1. Chill grapes until ready to serve.
