Bacon-Ranch Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • ½ (16-oz) pkg elbow macaroni (preferably whole wheat)
  • 4 slices center cut bacon
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup frozen green peas, thawed
  • ¾ cup light Ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, and transfer to a large bowl.
  2. Meanwhile, cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp, reserving 2 Tbsp drippings in skillet. Remove bacon from skillet; crumble.
  3. Add tomatoes and green peas to drippings in skillet; cook 5 minutes or until tender.
  4. Add tomato mixture, bacon, and Ranch to pasta; toss. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
