Baby Carrots and Grape Tomatoes with Ranch DipIngredients
- ½ (8-oz) pkg whipped cream cheese
- 4 soft taco-size whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- ½ cup chopped walnuts (or use pecans)
Instructions
- Spread cream cheese over tortillas. Top with strawberries and walnuts.
- Roll up tortillas, and cut into 1- to 2-inch slices.

- 1 pint grape tomatoes
- ¼ cup light Ranch dressing
