Greek Turkey Burgers with Goat Cheese Tzatziki
Balsamic Cucumber Salad and Warm Naan
Ingredients
- ½ lemon
- ¼ cup whole milk plain Greek yogurt
- 1 oz goat cheese, softened
- ¼ cup finely chopped English cucumber
- 1½ Tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ½ lb ground turkey
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped red onion
- ½ tsp Greek seasoning
- 2 Bibb lettuce leaves
- ¼ cup roasted red peppers
Instructions
- Grate zest and squeeze juice from lemon. Whisk together lemon zest, lemon juice, yogurt, cheese, cucumber, dill, garlic, and pepper in a small bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
- Combine turkey, onion, and seasoning in a bowl; shape into 2 patties. Lightly coat both sides of patties with cooking spray.
- Cook patties in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes per side or until no longer pink in centers.
- Serve burgers in lettuce leaves topped with roasted peppers and tzatziki.

- 1½ Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- ¾ tsp sugar
- ½ tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- 1 small clove garlic, crushed
- ⅛ tsp kosher salt
- 1 English cucumber, cut into half-moons
- 1 (4.4-oz) piece naan (preferably whole-grain)
Side Dish Instructions
- Whisk together oil, vinegar, sugar, mustard, oregano, garlic, and salt in a bowl. Add cucumber; toss.
- Heat naan according to package directions. Cut into wedges.
