Ingredients

  • 3 (3.5-oz) pouches boil-in-bag jasmine rice
  • 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cubed
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 (15-oz) jars tikka masala simmer sauce
  • ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 minutes or until browned. Add simmer sauce to skillet; reduce heat, and cook 6 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  3. Serve chicken mixture over rice; sprinkle with cilantro.
