Seven-Layer Tostadas

Ingredients

  • 12 tostada shells
  • 1 (16-oz) can refried beans
  • ½ tsp ground cumin (optional)
  • 1 (8-oz) carton reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1 (8-oz) container refrigerated guacamole
  • 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce (or use iceberg)
  • 1½ cups shredded Mexican-blend cheese
  • 3 Roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 (3.8-oz) can sliced black olives, drained

Instructions

  1. Heat tostada shells and beans separately according to package directions. Stir cumin into beans, if desired.
  2. Spread beans, sour cream, and guacamole on tostadas. Top with lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, and olives.
