Turkey and Dressing Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 1 (20-count) pkg frozen buttermilk biscuits (or use jumbo biscuits)
  • 1 (6-oz) pkg cornbread stuffing mix
  • 2 (12-oz) cartons turkey gravy
  • 1 (14-oz) can whole-berry cranberry sauce, chilled
  • 1 lb thinly sliced roast turkey, heated (or use rotisserie chicken)

Instructions

  1. Bake 12 biscuits according to package directions. Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions. Heat gravy in microwave.
  2. To assemble biscuits, layer cranberry sauce, turkey, and stuffing on each biscuit. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper. Ladle gravy over stuffing on each biscuit; add tops. Serve 2 per person.

  • 2 (6-oz) pkg sweet potato chips with sea salt

  1. Serve chips on each plate.
