Ingredients

  • 12 tostada shells
  • 1 (16-oz) can refried beans
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • 1 (16-oz) carton sour cream
  • 1 (15-oz) container refrigerated guacamole
  • 3 cups shredded romaine lettuce (or use shredded iceberg)
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican-blend cheese (or shredded Cheddar)
  • 3 Roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 (3.8-oz) can sliced black olives, drained

Instructions

  1. Heat tostada shells and beans separately according to package directions. Stir cumin into beans.
  2. Meanwhile, cook beef in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly. Drain and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread beans, beef, sour cream, and guacamole on tostadas. Top with lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, and olives.
