Sausage and Brussels Sprouts Ravioli

Ingredients

  • 2 (10-oz) pkg refrigerated cheese ravioli
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg sweet Italian turkey sausage, casings removed
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 cup unsalted chicken broth
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook ravioli according to package directions; drain.
  2. Meanwhile, cook sausage in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat until beginning to brown.
  3. Add Brussels sprouts, and cook, stirring, 5 minutes. Add broth; bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer 5 minutes.
  4. Divide ravioli among 6 shallow bowls; top with sausage mixture, and sprinkle with cheese.
