Cheesy Beef and Pasta Bake
Easy Caesar SaladIngredients
- ¾ lb lean ground beef
- 1 (15-oz) can crushed tomatoes
- ½ (8-oz) can tomato sauce
- ½ (6-oz) can tomato paste
- 1 tsp sugar
- 6 oz gluten-free linguine
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain, and return to skillet. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, and sugar; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions; drain, and place in a large bowl. Add sour cream, cream cheese, and garlic powder; stirring until blended.
- Place pasta mixture into a lightly greased 9-inch baking dish. Spoon beef mixture over pasta; sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

- ½ (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
- 6 Tbsp gluten-free Caesar dressing
- ⅛ tsp pepper

- Toss together all ingredients in a bowl.
