Cheesy Beef and Pasta Bake

Ingredients

  • ¾ lb lean ground beef
  • 1 (15-oz) can crushed tomatoes
  • ½ (8-oz) can tomato sauce
  • ½ (6-oz) can tomato paste
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 6 oz gluten-free linguine
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain, and return to skillet. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, and sugar; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions; drain, and place in a large bowl. Add sour cream, cream cheese, and garlic powder; stirring until blended.
  3. Place pasta mixture into a lightly greased 9-inch baking dish. Spoon beef mixture over pasta; sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

  • ½ (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
  • 6 Tbsp gluten-free Caesar dressing
  • ⅛ tsp pepper

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together all ingredients in a bowl.
