Hash Brown Skillet
Ingredients
- 12 frozen fully cooked homestyle meatballs
- ½ (26-oz) pkg frozen shredded hash browns
- 1 Tbsp canola oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1½ cups spinach
- ½ (8-oz) block reduced-fat Cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Place meatballs in a single layer on a baking sheet; cook 15 minutes or until hot. Crumble meatballs.
- Meanwhile, add hash browns to hot oil in a large skillet; sprinkle with garlic powder, pepper, and salt. Cook 8 to 10 minutes or until browned. Stir in crumbled meatballs and spinach; cook until spinach wilts. Top with cheese; cook until melted.
