Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) container refrigerated seasoned and fully cooked pulled pork
- 3 cups chopped or shredded rotisserie chicken
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1½ cups frozen corn kernels
- 1½ cups frozen baby lima beans
- 1 cup smoky barbecue sauce
- 1 (14.5-oz) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (8-oz) can tomato sauce
- Hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Bring all ingredients except hot sauce to a boil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat; reduce heat, and simmer 25 minutes or until lima beans are tender, stirring occasionally. Season with freshly ground pepper, and, if desired, hot sauce.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
- 1 (13-oz) jar refrigerated coleslaw dressing
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together coleslaw and about ⅓ cup dressing. Add more dressing as desired. Chill until ready to serve.
