Hawaiian-Style Pork Chops
Steamed Rice and Roasted BroccoliIngredients
- 6 (8-oz) boneless pork chops
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (20-oz) can crushed pineapple
- ⅓ cup ketchup
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
- Season pork lightly with salt and pepper. Cook pork chops in hot oil 3 minutes per side or until browned; remove from skillet.
- Add pineapple, ketchup, brown sugar, and soy sauce to skillet. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes.
- Nestle pork chops in mixture, and simmer 10 minutes or until pork is tender.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 (8.8-oz) pouches microwavable jasmine rice
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss together broccoli and oil on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes or until browned and tender; season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat rice according to package directions.
