Open-Faced Turkey-Cranberry Melts
Pomegranate-Topped Oranges
Ingredients
- 1 (2.52-oz) pkg fully cooked bacon
- 6 hearty English muffins, split and toasted
- 1 lb thinly sliced roast turkey (or roast chicken)
- 12 slices provolone cheese
- 1 (14-oz) can whole-berry cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Preheat broiler. Reheat bacon according to package directions in microwave.
- Arrange muffin halves on a baking sheet. Layer with turkey, bacon, and cheese.
- Broil on second oven shelf for 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Dollop with cranberry sauce.

- 4 oranges, well chilled
- 1 (4-oz) container pomegranate seeds (arils)
Side Dish Instructions
- Using a sharp knife, peel oranges. Slice oranges into rounds. Arrange on a platter; sprinkle with pomegranate seeds. Chill until ready to serve.
