Hot Buttered Cider Rum

Ingredients
- 1½ cups apple cider
- Pinch of salt
- ½ cup spiced rum
- ¼ cup buttered rum syrup (see Note)
- Garnish: 2 cinnamon sticks
Instructions
- Heat cider in a small saucepan over medium heat until just simmering; stir in salt. Remove from heat.
- Meanwhile, divide rum and syrup between 2 heatproof mugs. Top with hot cider. Garnish, if desired. Makes 2 servings.
