Cranberry-Walnut Spinach SaladIngredients
- 1 (13.8-oz) pkg refrigerated pizza crust
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 Tbsp olive oil, divided
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 cup whole-milk ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 Tbsp everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Press dough into a 13- x 9-inch greased baking dish or a 12-inch greased pizza pan. Prick surface several times with a fork. Bake 6 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook onion in 1 Tbsp hot oil over medium-high heat 6 minutes. Add garlic; cook 1 minute or until garlic is fragrant and onion is browned and tender.
- Brush 2 Tbsp oil on prebaked crust. Dollop with ricotta, spreading in an even layer. Top with onion mixture, mozzarella, and seasoning.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until crust is browned and cheese melts.

- 1 (10-oz) pkg spinach
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ⅓ cup olive oil vinaigrette
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl.
