Seven-Layer Tostadas

Ingredients
- 6 tostada shells
- ½ (16-oz) can refried beans
- ¼ tsp ground cumin (optional)
- ½ cup reduced-fat sour cream
- ½ (8-oz) container refrigerated guacamole
- 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce (or use iceberg)
- ¾ cup shredded Mexican-blend cheese
- 2 small Roma tomatoes, chopped
- ½ (3.8-oz) can sliced black olives, drained
Instructions
- Heat tostada shells and beans separately according to package directions. Stir cumin into beans, if desired.
- Spread beans, sour cream, and guacamole on tostadas. Top with lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, and olives.
