Hoisin-Green Onion Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 2 (1-lb) pork tenderloins, trimmed
  • ¼ cup hoisin sauce
  • ¼ cup butter, softened
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 green onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Place pork on a large rimmed baking sheet. Brush with hoisin sauce. Roast 20 to 25 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted reads 145°F. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
  2. Meanwhile, combine butter, garlic, and onion. Spread butter mixture over pork.

  • 1 (24-oz) pkg refrigerated mashed potatoes
  • 2 (12-oz) pkg green beans
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp sugar

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Heat potatoes according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, cook beans in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 7 minutes.
  3. Stir together soy sauce, garlic, and sugar; add mixture to skillet. Cook 3 minutes or until beans are crisp tender.
