Ingredients

  • 1 (9-oz) pkg refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 1½ cups frozen green peas
  • 1½ cups chopped rotisserie chicken
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ⅓ cup olive oil vinaigrette
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook tortellini according to package directions; add peas during last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. Toss together tortellini, peas, chicken, cheese, vinaigrette, and parsley in a bowl.
