Chicken and Sweet Pea Tortellini

Ingredients
- 1 (9-oz) pkg refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1½ cups frozen green peas
- 1½ cups chopped rotisserie chicken
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- ⅓ cup olive oil vinaigrette
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package directions; add peas during last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- Toss together tortellini, peas, chicken, cheese, vinaigrette, and parsley in a bowl.
