Ingredients

  • ½ lb lean ground beef
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp pepper
  • 4 blue corn taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ⅓ cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup fresh salsa

Instructions

  1. Cook beef, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper in a large skillet over medium heat 8 minutes or until browned and crumbly.
  2. Heat taco shells according to package directions; fill each shell with beef. Top with lettuce, sour cream, cheese, and salsa.
