Ingredients
- ½ lb lean ground beef
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 4 blue corn taco shells
- 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ⅓ cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- ½ cup fresh salsa
Instructions
- Cook beef, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper in a large skillet over medium heat 8 minutes or until browned and crumbly.
- Heat taco shells according to package directions; fill each shell with beef. Top with lettuce, sour cream, cheese, and salsa.
