Turkey Sandwich Skewers with Honey Mustard Dressing
Red Pear SlicesIngredients
- 6 (1-oz) slices whole-grain sandwich bread, toasted
- 9 oz sliced low-sodium turkey breast
- 6 romaine lettuce leaves, cut in half
- 6 (0.75-oz) sticks reduced-fat colby-Jack cheese
- 12 grape tomatoes
- ¼ cup lite honey mustard dressing
Instructions
- Cut each bread slice into 4 squares.
- Roll each turkey slice into a long cylinder; cut crosswise into 4 pieces.
- Roll each lettuce leaf into a long cylinder; cut crosswise into 2 pieces.
- Cut each cheese stick crosswise into 4 pieces.
- Thread bread, turkey, cheese, tomatoes, and lettuce alternately onto 12 small wooden skewers.
- Serve with honey mustard for dipping.
