Citrus London Broil
Sweet Potato Fries and BroccoliIngredients
- 1 orange
- 1 lime
- ¾ lb London broil
- 1½ Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp honey
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Grate zest and squeeze juice from orange and lime. Place steak in a large zip-top plastic freezer bag.
- Whisk together orange zest, orange juice, lime zest, lime juice, vinegar, honey, ginger, and garlic powder. Pour mixture over steak; seal bag and chill 1 hour.
- Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat; sprinkle steak with salt and pepper. Grill 6 to 7 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into cubes.

- ½ (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets

- Bake fries according to package directions.
- Steam broccoli according to package directions; season to taste.
