Strawberry Sweetheart Snack Mix
Ingredients
- 6 cups rice cereal squares
- ¾ cup red candy melts
- ¾ cup white candy melts
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- ¾ cup strawberry cake mix
- 1 (10-oz) pkg red and pink Valentine's candy-coated chocolate pieces
Instructions
- Divide cereal between 2 large bowls. Melt candy melts in 2 separate bowls in microwave according to package directions.
- Toss red candy melts with 1 bowl of cereal, and white candy melts with other bowl of cereal; pour into 2 separate gallon-size zip-top bags.
- Whisk powdered sugar and cake mix in a bowl. Add half of powdered sugar mixture to each plastic bag. Seal bags, and shake until cereal is fully coated.
