One-Pot Beefy Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (32-oz) carton chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 12 oz elbow macaroni
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook beef in a large deep skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
  2. Stir in broth, milk, and macaroni. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover, and simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until pasta is tender.
  3. Stir in 1 cup cheese. Sprinkle 1 cup cheese over pasta; let stand until melted.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
  • 2 Tbsp butter

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook broccoli according to package directions. Toss with butter in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
