Ingredients

  • ½ (16-oz) pkg bow-tie pasta
  • ½ (10-oz) pkg frozen sweet peas
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • 1 (16-oz) jar Alfredo sauce
  • 1½ cups shredded or chopped rotisserie chicken
  • 1 small red bell pepper, thinly sliced lengthwise
  • ¾ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, adding peas and carrots during last 3 minutes. Drain.
  2. Heat Alfredo sauce in same pot until thoroughly heated; stir in pasta mixture. Add chicken and bell pepper. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with cheese.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • ½ (11.75-oz) frozen loaf 5-cheese garlic bread
  • ½ (11-oz) pkg spinach and spring mix
  • ⅓ cup balsamic vinaigrette

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Bake bread according to package directions; slice.
  2. Toss together salad and vinaigrette in a large bowl.
