Alfredo Chicken Pasta
Salad and Garlic Bread

Ingredients
- ½ (16-oz) pkg bow-tie pasta
- ½ (10-oz) pkg frozen sweet peas
- ½ cup shredded carrots
- 1 (16-oz) jar Alfredo sauce
- 1½ cups shredded or chopped rotisserie chicken
- 1 small red bell pepper, thinly sliced lengthwise
- ¾ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions, adding peas and carrots during last 3 minutes. Drain.
- Heat Alfredo sauce in same pot until thoroughly heated; stir in pasta mixture. Add chicken and bell pepper. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with cheese.
Side Dish Ingredients
- ½ (11.75-oz) frozen loaf 5-cheese garlic bread
- ½ (11-oz) pkg spinach and spring mix
- ⅓ cup balsamic vinaigrette
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake bread according to package directions; slice.
- Toss together salad and vinaigrette in a large bowl.
