Mediterranean Flatbread

Ingredients
- 6 naan
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup whole-milk ricotta cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 (8-oz) block mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ¾ cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, well-drained and chopped
- 1 (2.25-oz) can sliced black olives, drained
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place naan on two baking sheets. Brush naan with oil.
- Bake 5 minutes. Spread ricotta on naan; sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
- Top with mozzarella, tomatoes, and olives. Bake 8 to 10 minutes longer or until cheese melts.
