Ingredients

  • 6 naan
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup whole-milk ricotta cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 (8-oz) block mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ¾ cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, well-drained and chopped
  • 1 (2.25-oz) can sliced black olives, drained

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place naan on two baking sheets. Brush naan with oil.
  2. Bake 5 minutes. Spread ricotta on naan; sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  3. Top with mozzarella, tomatoes, and olives. Bake 8 to 10 minutes longer or until cheese melts.
