Peppermint "Martini"

Ingredients

  • Simple syrup
  • Crushed peppermint candy
  • 2 oz vanilla rice milk (or use whole milk)
  • 2 oz sparkling water
  • ½ oz white chocolate-flavored sauce (see Note)
  • ⅛ tsp peppermint extract

Instructions

  1. Dip rim of a martini glass in simple syrup; dip rim of glass in crushed peppermint to coat.
  2. Combine milk, sparkling water, white chocolate sauce, and extract in a large cocktail shaker filled with ice. Cover and shake until chilled, about 30 seconds. Strain mixture into prepared glass. Makes 1 serving.
