Peppermint "Martini"
Ingredients
- Simple syrup
- Crushed peppermint candy
- 2 oz vanilla rice milk (or use whole milk)
- 2 oz sparkling water
- ½ oz white chocolate-flavored sauce (see Note)
- ⅛ tsp peppermint extract
Instructions
- Dip rim of a martini glass in simple syrup; dip rim of glass in crushed peppermint to coat.
- Combine milk, sparkling water, white chocolate sauce, and extract in a large cocktail shaker filled with ice. Cover and shake until chilled, about 30 seconds. Strain mixture into prepared glass. Makes 1 serving.
