Chicken-Apple Sausages with Cabbage
Buttered Broccoli
Ingredients
- 3 (3-oz) fully cooked chicken-apple sausages, sliced
- 1½ tsp olive oil
- 3 cups coarsely chopped green cabbage
- 1 cup chopped red onion
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- ¾ cup water
Instructions
- Cook sausage in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat 2 minutes or until sausages just begin to brown.
- Stir in cabbage, onion, and bell pepper; cook 8 minutes or until cabbage is crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in water; cook 2 minutes or until liquid is almost evaporated.

- 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen broccoli florets
- 1 Tbsp butter
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook broccoli according to package directions; toss with butter, salt, and pepper.
