Corn, Broccoli, and Shrimp Salad
Ingredients
- 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- 3 cups frozen whole kernel corn, thawed (see Note)
- 2 lb peeled and deveined, cooked shrimp
- 1 cup refrigerated lemon vinaigrette
- ½ cup chopped fresh basil
Instructions
- Steam broccoli according to package directions; place in a large bowl.
- Add corn to broccoli along with shrimp, vinaigrette, and basil; toss. Season with pepper to taste.
