Corn, Broccoli, and Shrimp Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
  • 3 cups frozen whole kernel corn, thawed (see Note)
  • 2 lb peeled and deveined, cooked shrimp
  • 1 cup refrigerated lemon vinaigrette
  • ½ cup chopped fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Steam broccoli according to package directions; place in a large bowl.
  2. Add corn to broccoli along with shrimp, vinaigrette, and basil; toss. Season with pepper to taste.
