Turkey Hash
Rustic Toast, Oranges and BaconIngredients
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 3 cups chopped cooked turkey (such as Christmas day leftovers; or use chopped rotisserie chicken)
- 2 cups chilled leftover stuffing
- 1½ cups turkey gravy
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Sauté bell pepper and garlic 1 minute. Add turkey and dressing. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes. Add gravy; simmer 2 to 3 minutes.
- Serve hash on toast.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 loaf Tuscan boule, thinly sliced (or use any bakery bread)
- 1 (2.1-oz) pkg fully cooked bacon
- 6 clementines, peeled and sectioned
Side Dish Instructions
- Butter and toast 6 slices bread. Serve with hash.
- Reheat bacon according to package directions. Serve clementines and bacon on each plate.
