Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp minced garlic, divided
  • 4 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary, divided
  • 2 lb boneless top sirloin steak
  • ½ cup butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Combine oil, 2 Tbsp garlic, and 2 Tbsp rosemary in a bowl; rub all over steak. Season steak with salt and pepper.
  2. Preheat a grill pan or large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steak 6 to 7 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
  3. Mash together butter, 2 Tbsp rosemary, and 1 Tbsp garlic in a small bowl; season with freshly ground pepper. Serve on steak.

  • 1 (32-oz) pkg refrigerated mashed potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp prepared horseradish
  • 2 (12-oz) pkg halved Brussels sprouts
  • 1 (3-oz) pouch real crumbled Applewood bacon
