Pulled Pork Nachos

Ingredients
- 1 (18-oz) pkg tortilla chips
- 1 (16-oz) container fully cooked seasoned pulled pork
- 3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (or use colby-Jack)
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 5 green onions, diagonally sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange chips overlapping on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet.
- Heat pulled pork according to package directions in microwave. Cool slightly; scatter pork onto chips. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and chips are thoroughly heated.
- Meanwhile, thin sour cream with 2 to 3 tsp water. Drizzle over nachos. Sprinkle with onions.

- 1 (40-oz) vegetable tray with Ranch dip
