Ingredients

  • 1 (18-oz) pkg tortilla chips
  • 1 (16-oz) container fully cooked seasoned pulled pork
  • 3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (or use colby-Jack)
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 5 green onions, diagonally sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange chips overlapping on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Heat pulled pork according to package directions in microwave. Cool slightly; scatter pork onto chips. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and chips are thoroughly heated.
  3. Meanwhile, thin sour cream with 2 to 3 tsp water. Drizzle over nachos. Sprinkle with onions.

  • 1 (40-oz) vegetable tray with Ranch dip
