- 2 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 (8-oz) pkg refrigerated diced cooked chicken
- ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 (2.5-oz) pkg fully cooked bacon, chopped
- 2 prebaked thin pizza crusts
- 2 cups shredded smoked Gouda cheese
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange tomatoes, chicken, onion, and bacon on pizza crusts; sprinkle with cheeses.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and crusts are browned.
