Ingredients

  • 2 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 2 (8-oz) pkg refrigerated diced cooked chicken
  • ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 (2.5-oz) pkg fully cooked bacon, chopped
  • 2 prebaked thin pizza crusts
  • 2 cups shredded smoked Gouda cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange tomatoes, chicken, onion, and bacon on pizza crusts; sprinkle with cheeses.
  2. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and crusts are browned.
